Obituary for Janyce Carol Bunn

Janyce Carol (Wickwire) Bunn, 71, of Rockford, IA died Friday, July 8, 2016 at Hospice of North Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Fullerton Funeral Home, 302 West Main, Rockford. Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Lance Kittleson officiating. Inurnment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Marble Rock.

Those planning on expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials in care of the family.

Obituary for Janyce Carol Bunn

Janyce Carol (Wickwire) Bunn, 71, of Rockford, IA died Friday, July 8, 2016 at Hospice of North Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Fullerton Funeral Home, 302 West Main, Rockford. Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Lance Kittleson officiating. Inurnment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Marble Rock.

Janyce was born on January 30, 1945, in Aplington, Iowa, to Floyd and Harriet (Kettwig) True. She attended school and graduated from Rockford High School. Janyce was a Med-Aid at Rockwell Nursing Home and also worked at Fox River Mills in Osage, Iowa. On December 18, 1987 she was united in marriage to Michael “Mike” Bunn.

Janyce enjoyed putting puzzles together and displaying them in her home. She loved her family, her dogs, playing cards, camping, and sitting by bonfires. She especially enjoyed when friends and family came to visit.

Those left to cherish her memory include husband, Michael Bunn of Rockford; children: Daniel (Dawn) Wickwire of Jackson, Georgia, Thomas Wickwire of Manly; James (Cheryl) Wickwire of Charles City and Terry (Deborah) Wickwire of Mason City; step-son, Richard (Frankie) Bunn of Nashua; brother, Mark True; grandchildren: Emily, Tanner, Cole, and Cody Wickwire; step-grandchildren: Kylie (Will) Knecht, Isabelle Bunn, and Victoria Bunn and great-grandchildren, Lexi and Briley Wickwire.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Harriet True; father-in-law, John Bunn and mother-in-law, Juanita Bunn.
