Sena Marie Sponheim was born February 5, 1891 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Magnus Olesen Sponheim and Guro Bergo, the second born of their five children. Her siblings were: Ole Johannes, Arthur Clarence, Ingvald Louis and Mina Geline.

Sena was baptized on March 10, 1891 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. Her baptismal sponsors were: Mr & Mrs Ole Torbla and Mr and Mrs Sam Ellingsen. Sena was confirmed at Rock Creek Lutheran on June 10, 1906.

1900: Magnus O Sponheim 42, Guro 40, Ole J 11, Sina M 9, Arthur C 6, Ingoald L 3.

1910: Magnus Sponheim 53, Julia 50, Ola 21, Sana 19, Arthur 16, Ingvald 13, Mina 6.

Sena married Malvin Rudolph Lunde on March 4, 1914 at Rock Creek Lutheran, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

The couple had 3 children: Arthur (1917-1987); Gilman (b May 1, 1922, d June 4, 1974) and Marjorie S (b 1925).

1915: Sena Lunde age 23.

1920: Melvin R Lunde 32, Lena M 28, Arthur G. 2 yrs 11 mos.

1925: Melvin Lund 37, Sena 34, Arthur 7,Gilman 2, Marjorie 1.

1930: Melvin Lunde 41, Sena M 39 Arthur 15, Gilman , Marjory S 5, Gabriel O 76.

1940: Melvin Lunds 52, Sena 49, Arthur 23, Gilman 17, Marjorie 15.

Sena M Lunde died on September 12, 1980 at Nora Springs, Floyd, Iowa. She is buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. There is a memorial for her at Find a Grave #53407961.
