Audrey Arloween (Schultz) Baldwin – September 14, 1911 – February 23, 1951

Marble Rock – Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Baptist Church in Marble Rock for Mrs. Bernard Baldwin, 39, Marble rock, who died Friday in Mason City hospital, following a six weeks’ illness.

Burial will be in West Side Cemetery at Marble Rock. Friends may call at Grossmann’s Funeral Home at Rockford between 7 and 9 p.m. Sunday.

She was born September 14, 1911, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Schultz. She married to Bernard Baldwin in 1929 at Charles City.
The couple lived on a farm about five miles west of Marble Rock the last 10 years.

She leaves her husband, three children, Clair, Rachel and Darlene, all at home, her mother, Mrs. Wrate Losee, Marble Rock, and one brother, Lyle Schultz, Riceville.

Audrey (Schultz) Baldwin was the daughter of George Schultz and Bessie Wagner. Her father was born around 1868 in Illinois, and was still in the 1930 Census, living in Scott, Floyd, Iowa, but not found in 1940 census.

Her mother married Wrate Losee on August 21, 1937 in Charles City. (Iowa marriage record for Bessie Schultz and Wrate Losee). Wrate Losee was the son of Alfred S Losee and Dora Belle Kingsburg.

Audrey Schultz married Bernard Storm Baldwin, the son of Benjamin Storm Baldwin and Rachel Crouse on January 25, 1929 in Charles City, Floyd, Iowa.
