Mrs. Stahl Dies; Rites on Friday

MANLY - Mrs. Herman (Karen) Stahl, 82, died at her home here Tuesday. Funeral services will be conducted Friday morning at 10:30 at Bride's Funeral Home, Manly. The Rev. Carl Frankhauser will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.

Mrs. Stahl was born Jan. 28, 1874, at Ostergotland, Sweden, the daughter of Sarah and Alford Ljunggren. She came to the United States when she was 15. She was married to Herman Stahl in 1892 and they lived at Rockford until 1921 when they moved to Manly.

She is survived by two sons, Roy, Manly, and Ernest, St. Paul, and a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Lucy) Sehman, Manly; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Stahl was preceded in death by her husband and two children in infancy.
