LISCOMB, IOWA - John W. Morse, 48, of Liscomb, formerly of Charles City, died Friday, January 3, 2014, at the Eldora Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A memorial gathering and celebration complete with barbecue, memories and perhaps even blowing stuff up, will be held on Memorial Day weekend this year at his acreage. The complete day and times will be announced in the spring.
