LIZZIE SCHAEFER
SUCCUMBED MONDAY

Lizzie Schaefer, 78, passed away Monday morning at the Floyd County Home where she had lived for the past two years. Cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage. She was born in Portland, Wisconsin, the daughter of Rev. Peter and Elizabeth Schaefer.

She was formerly a resident of the Marble Rock vicinity, later living for many years in Charles City with her brother Jake and sister Mary who preceded her in death.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Cora Daake of Eldora and other relatives.
