CHARLES CITY--Services for Mrs. Clinton Cooper, 71, who died Monday at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital here, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Grossmann-Hage funeral home; burial in Evergreen cemetery at Rudd; survived by husband; two sons, Blythe Watschke of Minneapolis and Paul Watschke of Charles City; two daughters, Thaylia Watschke of Fresno, Calif., and Mrs. Francis Gibbons of Sacramento, Calif.
