CHARLES CITY -- Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Grossmann-Hage funeral home for Mrs. Lulu B. Hanes, 85, who died at the Cedar Valley hospital Monday of complications of age; burial in Evergreen cemetery near Rudd; survivors include one son, John M. Houts, Norfolk, Va., one brother, and one sister, Mrs. Daisy McCluskey, Charles City.
