Mrs. Kozak Services Are Held at Rockford

NORA SPRINGS, July 13--Mrs. Theodore Kozak, 46, died at her home three miles east, and two miles north of Rudd, Wednesday morning after several months' illness. The funeral was held at Rockford Friday morning at 9:30 at the Catholic church, conducted by Father LaVliette. Burial was in the Rudd cemetery. She is survived by her husband and several children.
