CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Funeral services for Galen B. Belknap, 78, who died Wednesday at Floyd County Memorial Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

He is survived by his wife, Lucinda; two sons, Dale of Johnston and Darrell of Ankeny; a daughter, Darlys Miner of Des Monies; a brother, Harold of Waverly; a sister, Lola Belknap of Marshalltown; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Belknap was a retired farmer and had been a harness horse trainer for the past several years.

Friends may call at Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City.
