Thomas George Dight – July 26, 1886 --- October 21, 1957

RITES WEDNESDAY FOR T. G. DIGHT AT CHARLES CITY

Charles City – Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauser Funeral Home for T. G. Dight, 71, retired Ulster Township farmer, who died at the Cedar Valley Hospital Monday. He had been a patient there since Friday.

The Rev. H. F. Oelfke, pastor of the Rudd Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, near Floyd.

Mr. Dight came to the United States from England at the age of 4 years, and had been a farmer in Ulster Township since 1922. He retired in 1950.

He is survived by his wife, and one son, Howard, both on the home farm.
