Bertha Straube Rites
to Be Held Thursday
at Nora Springs Home

NORA SPRINGS, IOWA, August 22, 1934 - Miss Bertha Straube, 78, died late Tuesday afternoon following an illness the past three months. She fell and suffered a broken hip three months ago.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home with burial in Park Cemetery.

Miss Straube had been a resident of this vicinity 58 years, coming to a farm from Wisconsin. For the past 29 years she lived in town.

Her only surviving relative is a sister, Miss Ida Straube, with whom she made her home.
