CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Services for Kenneth D. Milligan, 58, who died Monday evening at the University Hospital in Iowa City of a lingering illness, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hauser Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two sons, Leroy and Wendell, both of Charles City; his mother, Mrs. Sara Milligan of Nashua; four grandchildren; two brothers, Robert of Nashua and Harold of Waterloo, and four sisters: Mrs. James Jensen of Clarks Grove, Minn., Mrs. Roger Bacon of Waterloo, Mrs. Arnold Usher of Charles City and Mrs. A. J. Diesburg of Ionia.
