Mary Louise Wendelboe

Mary Lou Wendelboe, formerly of Charles City, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012, at the age of 83 years. Services will be private.

Mary was born on December 15, 1928, in Charles City, Iowa, the daughter of Russel T. and Regina M. (Glass) Sheeley. She married Clyde Claybrook on November 15, 1948, and three children were born of this marriage: Larry, Lynn and Cynthia. She was later united in marriage to Orville Wendelboe and they made their home in Knoxville, Iowa. Mary was an L.P.N. at the V.A. Hospital in Knoxville for many years.

Preceding her in death were: Clyde Claybrook, Lynn Claybrook, Orville Wendelboe. Survivors include: Larry Claybrook, of San Antonio, Texas, and Cynthia Swayne, of Knoxville, as well as four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
