Charlene A. Schnedler, 89, of Houston, Texas, and formerly of Nora Springs, Iowa, died on Saturday, September 12, 1992, in Webster, Texas.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday at Park Cemetery, Nora Springs, with Rev. R. Pippert of Nora Springs United Methodist Church officiating.

Charlene Schnedler was born on September 23, 1902, in Webster City, Iowa, to Frederick and Anna Mary (Callias) Beerman. She was married to Harold Schnedler.

Survivors include one daughter, Marcia Pierson of Houston, Texas; one granddaughter, Jill Pierson, Houston; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four sisters and two brothers.
