Edwin Lawrence Robertson –
February 24, 1882 – April 27, 1963Nora Springs – Ed Robertson, 81, died of cancer Saturday at the Nora Springs nursing home. He had been ill since November.
Funeral services were held Monday at Sheckler Funeral Home here with burial in Rock Grove Cemetery. The Rev. F. S. Sanck of Floyd Methodist Church officiated.
He was a farmer and had worked for E.E. Sherman here for ten years.
Surviving are his wife, the former Eslie Scofield; three daughters; Mrs. Marshall McManus and Mrs. Clifford Kelly, Nora Springs; Mrs. Eugene LaCoste, Floyd; two brothers; W. A. Robertson, Grand Rapids, Minnesota; A. F. Robertson, Max, Minnesota; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
