Mrs. LaVerne (Marilyn J.) Kirchgatter, 64, of Plymouth, Iowa, died Tuesday, March 17, 1992 at home.

Funeral services were held on Thursday at Old Stone United Methodist church, Rock Falls, Iowa, with Rev. McMillan officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery, Plymouth.

Mrs. Kirchgatter was born on June 9, 1927 at Northwood, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband, LaVerne E. Kirchgatter, Plymouth; one daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Susan) Paulson, Nora Springs; one son, Steven J. Kirchgatter, Nora Springs; two grandchildren, and a sister, Audrey Strickland, Stuart, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Flossie (Kennison) Aase.
