#2:

NORA SPRINGS, IOWA - Charlotte Lichman, 51, of Nora Springs, Iowa, died on August 20, 2012, at her home.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 27, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Fullerton Funeral Home, 123 Second St. S.E., Mason City. Private services will be at a later time. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Charlotte Lichman Memorial Fund.

Charlotte was born on July 19, 1961, in Davenport, Iowa, to John and Pauline (Linderman) Espinosa. She grew up in the Mason City area where she graduated from high school and took classes at North Iowa Area Community College. She worked a number of jobs through the years before being disabled in 2000.

Charlotte was family-orientated and enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved shopping and collecting antique items. Her closest companions at home were her dogs, who were a great therapeutic comfort to her and were loved by her children and grandchildren.

Much of her time and energy in her later years was spent with her grandchildren who she loved spending time with. She cherished the many activities with the grandchildren in the park and was especially thrilled to host the grandchildren for sleepovers. Her loving nature was also spread to many adopted kids and her numerous friends.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Brandy (Randy) Holley of Mason City, Ron Lichman-Espinosa of San Diego, Calif., and Alana Lichman of Hampton, Iowa; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Raymond and Ryan Holley and Marcus, Dominic and Avery Espinosa; along with siblings, Mike Espinosa, Tony Espinosa, Dorothy (Anthony) Theilen and Frances McMann.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
