GILLARD FUNERAL TO BE HELD SUNDAY IN NORA SPRINGS CHURCH

Nora Springs -- Funeral services for Walter Gillard, who died suddenly early Friday, will be held Sunday afternoon at the M. E. Church at 2 o'clock.
The Rev. C. d. James will officiate. Burial will be in Park Cemetery.

Walter Arthur Gillard was born December 19, 1898 in Kansas.

He married Geneva Burlingham, the daughter of John J Burlingham and Mary Rosella (Mann) Burlingham.

After his death Geneve married Edward Andrews in August 1837. She got a divorce from him granted April 10, 1940 for desertion.

Apparently she married Roy Blado because the newspaper articles for the next few years, mostly about her son Walter, visiting from California etc.

She either divorced him or died before 1950 because Roy M Blado married Bessie Convey in 1950.
