SERVICES TUESDAY FOR MRS. KRAUPA

Cedar Falls – Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Kraupa, 84, who died early Sunday morning at the Western Old People’s Home, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at the chapel at the home.

She had been admitted to the home nine years ago from Nora Springs, Iowa. Records show that she was born Louise Gosse on April 9, 1862 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and was married to Charles Kraupa on April 4, 1886. He had preceded her in death.

Two daughters; Mrs. Esther Wipperfurth, Sauk City, Wisconsin and Mrs. Rose Beuerman, Washta, Iowa survive.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. The body was taken to the Dahl Funeral Home.

DIES AT CEDAR FALLS

Nora Springs – Mrs. Charles Kraupa, 84, died July 7 at the Western Old People’s Home at Cedar Falls, where she had been a resident for the past 10 years.

Funeral services were held at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon in the chapel at the home, and she was buried beside her husband in the Western Old People’s Home Cemetery. The Kraupas were residents in Nora Springs for most of their lives, Mr. Kraupa having operated a hardware store here.
