JAY COOPER RITES SATURDAY AT ROCKFORD

Rockford – Jay Cooper, 82, died at the farm near Rockford, where he was born and had lived all his life.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the First Methodist church. The Rev. George Baker will officiate. Masonic rites will be held in the church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery with Weaver Funeral Home in charge.

Surviving are his wife, Edna; a son, Clint, Rockford, and a sister, Mrs. Agnes Nelson, Rockford.
