WYBORNY, HELM, WRIGHT, ELDRIDGE, NAVRATIL

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 16, 1987 at United Methodist Church, Rockford, for Kenneth Wyborny, 79, of rural Rudd, who died Wednesday, May 13, 1987 at the home at the home of a daughter. Rev. R. Shreve officiated and burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Rudd.

Mr. Wyborny was born on April 29, 1908 in Plymouth, Iowa, to Ivan and Rose (Helm) Wyborny. He married Dorothy Wright on September 1, 1926 in Lincoln, Illinois. They made their home in Mason City until 1946 where he worked for Holsum Bakery for 20 years. The couple then moved to a farm north of Rudd.

He was preceded in death by his wife; one brother; one sister; his parents; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Marlys) Larson of Osage and Mrs. Ron (Jean) Navratil of Rockford; one son, Glen, rural Rudd; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Merit (Callie) Bishop of Tigard, Oregon, and Mrs. Russell (Zella) Eldridge of Plymouth.
