CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Carl Frevert, age about 42, died Sunday morning in a veterans hospital in Denver, Colorado, from tuberculosis. He, his wife and daughter Betty went there last July in the hopes of benefiting his health.

The body, accompanied by his widow and daughter, was met at Mason City Monday afternoon by Chris Hauser and brought to this city.

Mr. Frevert was employed as draftsman at the Hart-Parr company prior to leaving the city.
