VIRGIL E. HOUDEK

CHARLES CITY - Virgil E. Houdek, 80, 201 Ninth Ave., died Sunday (June 16, 2002) at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 200 N. Grand Ave., Charles City, with Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Charles City with military rites.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St. in Charles City, with a 7 p.m. vigil wake service.

Visitation will continue one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church.

Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to direct memorials to the Virgil E. Houdek Memorial Fund.
