CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Richard Frisbie, 52, of Alexandria, Va., formerly of Charles City, died April 9 (2002) at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag, pastor of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating. The Charles City Ceremonial Unit will provide military honors.

The family suggests that memorials be directed to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church.
