CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Jevon Littleton, 8 month-old son of Frederick Littleton and Jessica Putney, died Monday evening (Feb. 26, 2001) at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the Rev. A.C. Wegner Jr., pastor of the Faith Bible Chapel in Charles City, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. on Friday at the Hauser Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.

Jevon Joseph Lee Littleton was born June 14, 2000, at Charles City, the son of Frederick Littleton and Jessica Putney.

Living family members include his father, Frederick Littleton, of Charles City; his mother, Jessica Putney, of Clear Lake; his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Louise Littleton, of Chicago; and maternal grandparents, Joe and Ellen Putney, of Charles City; maternal great-grandmothers, Violet Martin, of Nashua and Clara Putney, of Charles City; Aunt Jodell and Uncle Chuck Hurd, of Fertile; Uncle Jeremey and Aunt Shawnna Putney and cousins, Shellby and Nehemiah Putney, of Puyallup, Wash.; Uncle Joe and Aunt Janette Putney and cousin, Miranda Putney, of Marble Rock; and stepfather, Chris Holmes, of Clear Lake.
