CHARLES CITY — Eleanor White, 81, of 316 Second Ave., died Thursday (May 28, 1998) at her home.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Charles City, with the Rev. J. Larry Vallery, officiating. Burial will be at a later date at the Swedish Lutheran Church Cemetery, Shickley, Neb.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City.

Eleanor J. Carlson White was born Feb. 18, 1917, in Shickley, Neb.

She is survived by her husband, John, of Charles City; a son, Mylan White, of Joice; two grandchildren, and a brother, Glenn Carlson, of Geneva, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, and a brother.
