CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Sylvia R. Lund, 84, of 206 Charles St., died Thursday (July 2, 1998) at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the Rev. Bill Kelly, of Maple Heights Assembly of God, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Monday.

Sylvia R. Maschek Lund was born Nov. 9, 1913, at Charles City.

Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Lund, of Minneapolis, Minn.; and one brother, Edmund Maschek, of Charles City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister.

Memorials may be directed to the Maple Heights Assembly of God or the Council of Indian Nations — food shelf.
