CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Anna Morey, 97, of 805 Hildreth St., died Monday, Oct. 12, 1998, at the Regional Health Services, Cresco.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the Rev. Michael Simiele, pastor of the Cresco Community Chapel, officiating. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Memory Gardens, south of Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday.

Anna Helena Wright Waid Morey was born Dec. 8, 1900, in Floyd County.

Survivors include a son, Frank "Pinky" Waid, of Cresco; one daughter, Peggy Brinkman, of Clarksville; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, one daughter, and four brothers.
