CHARLES CITY — Richard W. Collins, 94, of 807 Fifth St., died Monday (Nov. 9, 1998) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

He deeded his body to the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy, Iowa City.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel, at Salsbury Baptist Home, Charles City.

Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City, is in charge of arrangements.

Richard Wiley Collins was born July 23, 1904, at Eldora.

Survivors include three daughters, Kathlyn Dabrowski, of Chicago; Pat Stohlmann, of Des Moines; and Mary Pike, of Madison, Wis.; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, his second wife, three brothers and two sisters.
