CHARLES CITY — Jane Kruse, 67, of 3004 Yorkshire Dr., died Monday (April 13, 1998) at the St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First Congregational Church, with the Rev. Jack Ivey officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City, and one hour prior to services on Friday at the church.

Jane Kellogg Thomas Kruse was born Sept. 17, 1930, at Carroll.

Survivors include her husband, Byron Kruse, Charles City; two sons, Kurt, of Charles City and Tom, of Davenport; one daughter, Kathy Parks, of Belmond; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son.

Memorials may be directed to the First Congregational Church or the Family "Y" of Charles City.
