CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Vivian (Mrs. Wallace) Way, 76, of 811 11th St., died Monday (Aug. 3, 1998) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital, Charles City.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., with the Rev. Greg Lugn, pastor of the First Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery, Waterloo. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the Hauser Funeral Home, and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Thursday.
Vivian Louise Teeter Beckner Way was born Nov. 22, 1921, at Charles City.
She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Beckner, of Nashua; Stephen Way, of Richmond Hills, Calif.; and Bruce Way, of Dallas Center; one daughter, LuCinda Blackburn, of Butte, Mont.; four brothers, Robert Teeter, of Deltona, Fla.; Norman Teeter, of Ferndale, Wash.; James Teeter, of Davis, Ill.; and Roger Teeter, of Charles City; two sisters, Marlise Reece, of Rochester, Minn.; and Maxine Willert, of Charles City; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and one brother.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice of North Iowa in Charles City.
