ROCKFORD, IOWA - Charles A. Brandau, 18, of Rockford, died Monday (Oct. 2, 1995) near Rockford.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. today at the Eden Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. John Bates officiating. Burial will be in the Eden Presbyterian Cemetery, north of Rudd.

Schumburg Funeral Home, Rockford, is in charge of arrangements.

Charles was born June 18, 1977, at Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa.

Survivors include his mother, Gayle Uker of Rockford; his father, Craig Brandau of Mason City; a brother, Bryan Brandau of Mason City; a half sister, Dianne Brandau of Marble Rock; a stepsister, Roni Brown; a stepbrother, Jason Brown; and his grandmothers, Rita Grauerholz of Ashland, Nebraska, and Joan D. Brandau of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers.
