CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Howard Yost, 75, of 607 "I" St., died Sunday, February 25, 1996, at the Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, 502 N. Jackson St., with the Rev. Jack L. Ivey officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, with a graveside flag presentation conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Visitation will be held from noon to 9 p.m. today at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to services at the church.

Howard Yost was born Oct. 4, 1920, in Kirkman.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, of Charles City; one daughter, Cathy Anderson of Cincinatti, Ohio; one son, Stan Yost of Charles City; and four grandchildren.
