FLOYD, IOWA -- Hazel Crook, 87, formerly of Floyd, died Thursday, July 19, 2001, at Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Osage, of natural causes.

Graveside services 10:30 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery, Floyd. Memorials to the Grace United Methodist Church Handicapped Accessibility Fund.

Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, (641) 228-5858, is in charge of arrangements.

CHARLES CITY - Hazel (Mrs. Clell) A. Crook, 87, formerly of 712 Madison St., in Floyd, died Thursday (July 19, 2001) at the Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Oakwood Cemetery, Floyd with the Rev. Solomon Odoom, pastor of the Grace United Methodist Church of Floyd officiating.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City, (641) 228-2323.
