MASON CITY, IOWA  — Marcella A. Ryner, 91, formerly of Nora Springs, Assisted Living, Nora Springs, Floyd county, Iowa, died on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Good Shepherd Health Center in Mason City.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, at the Holy Name Catholic Church, 507 1st Avenue NW in Rockford. Inurnment will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, Floyd county, Iowa.

A memorial gathering of relatives and friends will take place at the Fullerton-Schumburg Funeral Home, 302 W. Main Avenue in Rockford on Thursday. The visitation will continue at the church, one hour prior to Marcella’s service on Friday. Those wishing to extend an expression of sympathy or a memorial may direct them to the Marcella A. Ryner Memorial Fund.
