KATHERINE ROONEY DIES; Funeral Set in Virginia

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Katherine M. Rooney, 90, died at the St. Anthony Home at Dubuque. Miss Rooney had been housekeeper for her brother, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. T.J. Rooney, for nearly 50 years and lived here while he was pastor at Immaculate Conception Church.

Funeral services were held Thursday at Cascade and were to be held Saturday morning at Rutland, Virginia.

Her brother will officiate at the services and burial.
