ROCKFORD, IOWA -- Janet Rose Walker, 64, died Wednesday (Sept. 27, 1995) at the Eleventh Street Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sunnyside Chapel, Charles City, with the Rev. John Albrecht of Zion Lutheran Church, Rockford, officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, Charles City.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. today and will continue at 9 a.m. until time of services at the Sunnyside Chapel on Saturday.
Janet Rose Walker was born Nov. 18, 1930, in Lake City.
Survivors include her mother, Erma Amsden of Charles City; her husband, Glenn, of Rockford; two daughters, Ronda Rinehammer of Lake Station, Ind., and Roxanne Daniel of Bondurant; two sons, Randy of Denver, Colo., and Ron of Lakewood, Colo.; one sister, Jean DeForge of Grand Prairie, Texas; four brothers, Bob of Union Grove, Wis.; Duane of Adams, Wis.; Jim of Denison, and Elmer of McMinnville, Ore.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and one son.
