CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Glenn P. Brookins, 94, a former resident of 402 Seventh Ave., died on Friday, May 9, 1997, at the Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City.

Graveside committal services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Greenwood Cemetery at Nashua with the Rev. Larry Vallery of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating.

Glenn Pierce Brookins was born on September 20, 1902, at Lawler, Iowa.

Survivors include a sister, Edna Huffman of Charles City; and two brothers, Robert Brookins of Clarinda and Franklin Brookins of Searcy, Ark.
