CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Martin Ashley, 59, of 1180 170th St., Charles City, died Tuesday (April 20, 2004) at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City due to complications of cancer.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St. in Charles City. Monsignor John Hemann, pastor of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Nashua, will officiate. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery rural Colwell.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home, and from noon until time of services on Friday.
