Ima Linderkamp, 92, of Charles City, formerly of Rudd, died Thursday, June 26, 2003, at the 11th Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa.

Funeral services for Ima Linderkamp were held Saturday at the Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

Ima Ella Gauger Linderkamp was born August 20, 1910, near Flood Creek, the daughter of Fred and Matilda (Bartz) Gauger. She graduated from the Rockford High School. Ima worked for her Uncle Ed and Aunt Martha Bartz on their farm operation for many years. On July 26, 1950, she was united in marriage to Albert Linderkamp at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. They farmed in this area until Albert's death on May 18, 1969. Ima then lived on the farm, and later moved to Rudd and Charles City. She was a longtime member of the Rudd United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women's Auxiliary, and the American Legion Women's Auxiliary.

Living family members include a son, Lee (Sally) Linderkamp of Waverly; two granddaughters, Julie (Scott) Buss, and Jackie (Jeff) Graham; and four great grandchildren, Eric and Blake Buss, and Johnathan and Jessica Graham.

Her parents, husband, and two sisters, Stella Gauger, and Esther Marth preceded her in death.
