GREENE, IOWA - Donna (Mrs. Albert) Fenzloff, 62, of 2797 290th St. died Wednesday (June 6, 2001) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St. in Charles City with the Rev. Rick Magstadt, pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Osage, officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens south of Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at the Hauser Funeral Home, with the family greeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m. The visitation will continue from 9 a.m. until time of services on Monday.

Donna (Mrs. Albert) Fenzloff, 62, a resident of 2797 290th St., Greene, died Wednesday afternoon, June 6, 2001, at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City. The Rev. Rick Magstadt, pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Osage, will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Memory Gardens, south of Charles City.

Visitation will continue Monday morning from 9 a.m. until service time.

Donna Mae Matthews Fenzloff was born June 17, 1938, at Glencoe, Minn., the daughter of Harold C. and Elvira O.B. (Grenke) Matthews. She attended Lutheran School in Glencoe and graduated from Charles City High School in 1956. She was a bookkeeper at the J.C. Penny Store in Austin, Minn., from 1956-57 and was a wool presser at the Paris Cleaners in Charles City from 1957-58.

On March 7, 1958, she and Albert F. Fenzloff were married in the Little Brown Church at Nashua. She was a wool presser at the New Brighton Cleaners in New Brighton, Minn., from 1967-74, worked at Sherman Nursery Greenhouse in Charles City from 1976-77 and worked at the Charles City Laundromat from 1991-2000. She liked various crafts, sewing and knitting, and enjoyed gardening when she was able, and collected chickens.

Living family members include her husband, Albert, of rural Greene; two sons, Jeffrey of Elma and Scott and his wife, Susan Fenzloff of Cedar Falls; a brother, Allan, and wife, Cindy Rubendall, of Gibbon, Minn.; and two sisters, Debra (Mrs Mike) Briese of Jordan, Minn. and Linda (Mrs. Steve) Martin of Gibbon.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
