NORA SPRINGS, IOWA - Devin James Craig, 10, of 207 Sixth St. N.W., died Monday (Feb. 8, 1999) at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Nora Springs, with the Rev. Ruth Hansen officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Nora Springs.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Sheckler Colonial Chapel, 114 N. Hawkeye, Nora Springs, and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church.

Devin James Craig was born Jan. 26, 1989 in Mason City, the son of Duane and Sheila (Jacobsen) Craig. He was a third grader at Nora Springs-Rock Falls Elementary School.

Devin enjoyed wrestling, playing little league baseball, swimming and snowboarding. He liked playing computer games and his Playstation. Devin had a bubbly, energetic personality and was always on the go. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Devin was baptized and a member of the Sunday School at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Nora Springs.

Those left to cherish Devin's memory are his parents, Duane and Sheila Craig, of Nora Springs; three brothers and one sister, Damon and Derek Jacobsen, and Dustin and Ashley Craig, of Nora Springs; paternal grandmother, Donna Eggena, of Mason City; paternal grandfather, Richard Craig and his wife, Eva, of Mason City; maternal grandmother, Donna Jacobsen, of Nora Springs; paternal great-grandmothers, Vivian Piper, Irene Eggena and Edna Craig, all of Mason City; maternal great-grandmother, Lucy Jacobsen, of Nora Springs; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog, Lucky.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Fred Eggena and his maternal grandfather, Harold Jacobsen; and one cousin, Bryon Michael Craig.
