Dearest wife and mother you have left us
And our loss we deeply feel;
But ‘tis God who has bereft us
He can all our sorrows heal.
Yet again we hope to meet thee,
When the day of life is fled;
Then in Heaven with joy to greet thee
Where no farewell tear is shed.The funeral services were held in the Christian Church Sunday afternoon in charge of Rev. L. W. __
The service was held in the Marble Rock Hillside Cemetery.
A mixed quartette, Mesdames Geo. Barber, Charles Moore, and Messers Harry Ackley and Lou Smith furnished some appropriate selections in vocal music.
