In 1900, Elizabeth living with parents in Fayette . Has two children living Jennie A. and Benjamin W. Thomas. In 1910 she and her daughter were teaching public school.

Olivia Skinner Thomas was likely Hanna O. Thomas, wife of John B. Thomas who were living in Oelwein, Jefferson township in 1900 and later in Dubuque. Employed as RR engineer. Their only son was named Josiah J. Thomas.
