Oelwein, Ia., - SPECIAL: Funeral services Mrs. Peter F. Graff, 61, wife of pioneer Oelwein shoe merchant, will be held here Tuesday morning at the Sacred Heart Church, according to arrangements completed Monday.

The Rev. E. J. O’Hagen, pastor, will be celebrant at a requiem mass, with the Right Rev. Monsignor P. S. O’Connor of Mason City as deacon and Rev. John Sims of Oelwein as sub-deacon.

As Elizabeth M. Wagner, she was born Dec. 24, 1876, at Waterloo, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wagner. On Oct 1, 1902 she married Peter F. Graff of Oelwein at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waterloo. Since their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Graff have made their home in Oelwein, where in 1908 Mr. Graff assumed ownership of the Graff Shoe Store, formerly operated by his father.

Mrs. Graff died Saturday morning following a long illness.

She leaves her husband; two sons, Sylvester and James; and three daughters, Marie, Agnes and Helen Louise, all of Oelwein, the latter a student at Clarke College in Dubuque. Several brothers and sisters also survive, among them being John J. Wagner of East Dubuque, Ill.
