Mrs. Rosena Schatz, one of the early settlers at Eldorado, passed away Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sam Mishler, where she had been the last few weeks.

NOTE: Tuesday of the previous week would have been Sept. 22. WPA records show a ____________ Schatz, 1838 / 9-22-1908, wife of Lorenz and buried with him.
