It is with regret that we chronicle the passing of Charles Lester Strong, one of Illyria's best known and highly respected young farmers. Mr. Strong's illness was of short duration, he having been taken with neuralgia of the heart Friday and passed away Sunday evening, shortly after five o'clock. Deceased was born thirty years, seven months and twenty-six days previous to the time of death, at the homestead in Illyria where he died. He was a man who had won and held the respect of all who knew him. He was honest, progressive, and his passing is deeply deplored. He leaves a wife, two sons and an aged father, together with many relatives and friends to mourn their loss. Appropriate services were conducted at the home by Rev. Moore, of Wadena, Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and the remains were laid to rest in the Illyria cemetery.
