Elgin Echo, Thursday, 19 September 1912.

Walter Rothlisberger and bride, who a couple weeks since went to Kansas on a wedding trip, were grieved to learn of the serious illness of Mrs. Rothlisberger's grandfather, J. W. Lowe, when they arrived at his home in that state. Mr. Lowe's condition was such that Mrs. Rothlisberger remained with her grandmother until the death of Mr. Lowe, which occurred Tuesday of this week, while Mr. Rothlisberger went on for a short vsit with relatives before returning home. Mr. Lowe was a former resident of Wadena and his remains will arrive there today (Thursday) for burial.
