William Thompson, an old resident of Pleasant Valley township, died at his home near Brush Creek Thursday of last week, and was buried Saturday at Brush Creek. Mr. Thompson lived for a long time on the West Union and Elgin road, and is remembered by many of our citizens as an honest upright gentleman of much worth and character.
